Occupying an office in the central of metropolitan city SURABAYA, the company leads the systems, management, distribution & communication of the firm in two separated places situated in industrial city area SIDOARJO and PASURUAN, EAST JAVA.

Fully equipped with adequate means and infra structure of office affairs, computerized system, telephone, and internet network, skilled office staffs in their fields, including accounting, management, taxation, export – import, and so on, will provide an ease in communication and primarily in providing maximum service to the customers.

FACTORY

Occupying as wide as 4000 m2 area, it consists of two Units of leather processing factory in Sukodono industrial area SIDOARJO and P.I.E.R. industrial area PASURUAN, EAST JAVA. Both of them are strategic areas for transportation ( land, sea, air ), communication and flood free. Both factory units have specialization products : Finishing sheep/goat skin for Golf glove, Fashion Gloves, Garment, COWHIDE – sheep/goat skin.for shoes, handbag, furniture and leather goods.  

Since 1997, their production capacity has been increasing up to 400.000 sq.ft. each month. It supplies export demand to China, Sri Lanka, and Philippines. In its later establishment primarily after building factory Unit II P.I.E.R. Pasuruan and equipping with more complete production machinery, it is expected that the production capacity target increase to 600.000 sq.ft per month.

Our Technicians have been experienced in producing high quality finished leather, from trial and samples process to production process.  All process is performed cleanly, precisely and thoroughly. It is also supported by adequate and complete machinery, from wet process to finishing process. Even each year PT. DANINI LEGE UTAMA invite an expert technician from Spain as a consultant of production process, both wet production and finishing production. While for consultant machinery, we invite expert technicians from Italy & Japan. A plentiful domestic or imported leather basic commodity are always checked in order to achieve certification of free of disease from the office of Animal Husbandry and the Office of Quarantine, so that becomes a guarantee it is finished leather will be accepted in the world market.

Chemical used in the production process of PT. DANINI LEGE UTAMA is imported from Europe or directly from their agencies in Indonesia such as : BASF, BAYER, DALTON, ICI, CROMOGENIA and so on.

Production cesspool management is done integratedly and always controlled by the connected offices by taking production cesspool water sample every week. It is approved that PT. DANINI LEGE UTAMA applies environment oriented production system. Moreover, the factory established occupies an industrial area which has a standardization rule and a central of retaining and processing of industrial cesspool.
